Beanstack

What is Beanstack?

beanstack

Beanstack is an easy-to-use reading program and app designed to help kids build strong reading habits and track their progress. Schools and libraries often use it to encourage reading through fun challenges and rewards.

How it works:

  • Children log the books they read or the time they spend reading.

  • They earn badges, points, and sometimes prizes for meeting reading goals.

  • The program may include themed challenges throughout the year, such as summer reading or seasonal events.

  • Parents and children can view progress together and discover new book recommendations based on interests and age.

Why it’s helpful for families:

  • Encourages daily reading in a fun, interactive way.

  • Helps children stay motivated and build a love for books.

  • Gives parents a simple tool to track reading and support literacy at home.

  • Can be used on a phone, tablet, or computer. You can download the App!

How to get started:

  1. Sign up or log in using the school or library’s Beanstack website or app.

  2. Create a reader profile for your child.
